Image Church

Chris Rhodenhizer is the Lead Pastor. Chris committed his life to following Jesus when he was 17 and sensed a call to ministry soon after. He graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Religion; although he strives not to be “religious”. He and his wife Krista have four kids: Madelyn, Liam, Ava, and Koen. Chris is a native of the Washington D.C. Metro area and has been in ministry for over a decade. Chris’s passion is to preach the Gospel of the Bible. To lead people to see that it still relates to their lives, and more importantly that it has the power to change their lives. His vision is to see a community of people reflecting the image of Christ both locally and globally.

Tim White is the Next Generation Pastor of Image Church. He and his wife Shannon have three kids Brianna, Brooke and Samuel. Although Tim did not grow up in church he came to follow Christ as an adult which fuels his passion to see the next generation follow Jesus Christ. Tim’s vision is to reach and equip young people, and their families to reflect the image of Christ.

Brian Shifflett is the Worship Pastor of Image Church. Brian graduated from Liberty University with a degree in business and religion. He has a passion to lead God’s Church to worship Him through music and arts. He committed his life to following Jesus while he was a teenager and sensed God’s call on his life while leading worship with Image. Brian’s vision is to lead people to reflect the Image of Christ by making His name famous!

Laura Pennington is the business manager for Image Church. Laura has been at Image from the beginning and started working for the Church about a year after it’s birth. She graduated from Lynchburg College with a B.A in accounting and has two handsome sons Elijah and Gage. She is committed to the mission of Image and to following Jesus.
